Return and Refund
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Goods such as gift cards and downloadable products cannot be returned.
To complete your return, you need to log into your account and request it via the return form.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted:
-Shoes with obvious signs of use
-Any item not in its original condition, damaged or parts missing for reasons not due to our fault.
-Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5/7 days of approval.
Late or Missed Refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact the credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially issued.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is credited.

Sale items
Only normal priced items can be refunded. Discounted items cannot be refunded.
Change
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email info@lambelloshoes.com and send your item to: Not a Chimera Srl / Via Monte Bianco 36, Milano
Gifts
If the item is a gift sent directly to you, you will receive a coupon for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, you will be sent the code.
Return Shipments
To return the product, you must send it to: Not a Chimera Srl / Via Monte Bianco 36, Milano
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replaced product to be delivered to you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
